The Prom was great! The food was wonderful and the service from your catering staff was excellent! I would like to extend my personal thanks to you Cathy. Your “above and beyond” customer service etiquette was outstanding. You called every week up to Prom to make sure things were on track and we were pleased. That really stands out with me because you rarely find that kind of service anywhere these days.

Construction Careers Center will definitely be contacting Finninger’s in the future.

Just a note to express Ellie and my THANKS for all of your help in scheduling and menu selection for the brunch held in our home on April 19, 2009. It was a huge success!! A special Thank you to Clarence Franklin, Executive Chef, Glenn Powell and Caran Hanks, Servers. Your staff arrived as scheduled one hour before the service commenced. The food was delicious and plentiful. All of our guests commented on the friendliness and professional manner that your staff showed at this event. I have not stopped talking to our friends re. my recommendation to contact Finninger's for any needs that they may have for future events. Your staff departed at 1PM. The preparation area was spotless.

Just wanted to let you know that the wedding shower for my Niece Stephanie on Sunday May 3, 2009 was great. Clarence and Alyia were wonderful...very friendly and professional. Their service was impeccable. I would highly recommend them and Finninger's to anyone.
I received a lot of compliments on the food, on the service, and on Clarence and Alyia. Many were very much surprised at the quality of the plates and flatware...some wanted to put them in the sink to be washed.
Kudos to all of you for a job very well done. Thank you for all.

Thanks so much for providing such a great spread for everyone and the prompt, professionalism that Finninger’s Catering Service showed. People will be talking about it for some time! Thanks so much for the wonderful day!

I wanted to thank you and the staff at Finniger’s for providing the wonderful dinner at my event a couple weeks back. Everyone loved the food! Chef Clarence and his assisting staff were great. They also kindly repackaged the leftover food (and cake) so it was easier for us to take out. The staff on Sunday and Monday also thoroughly enjoyed the food, and it didn’t stay around long! Thank you again and Happy Holidays!!

In planning for a major event, my 65th birthday celebration, housewarming,
four years of cancer remission and fundraiser for the American Cancer
society, Finnininger's Catering was selected over many others throughout the
St. Louis metropolitan area. The professionalism of the staff was most
representative of the type of service rendered on this big day.

Catherine Knights, Executive Assistant was with me from beginning to end.
Her expertise offered a variety of menus and prices to suit my needs. Once
the selection was made, I was introduced to Clarence Franklin, Executive
Chef for a taste-testing of some of the selections. Two of my guests
accompanied me on this day. We felt as if we were at a five-star restaurant.

On the big day, rain was a threat. Clarance and his staff had Plan B, just
in case of rain. Fortunately, no rain and the event went on outdoors as
planned. The yard was transformed into a beautiful party venue. Clarence
came early that afternoon and set up the serving area for sixty guests. He
later came back that evening to complete his task without my guest noticing
him and his staff. There was plenty of delicious food which is still being
expressed by my guests two weeks later. The professionalism was very evident
when my guests attempted to collect plates/trash and was stopped by his
staff and told that was their job. I could go on and on about the event.

Will I recommend Finninger's Catering and use them again? The answer, of
course. Last but not least, the price, the price, the price, very
reasonable.

Thank you so much for all you did to make this event difficult to repeat.
